Rates are based on 8 occupants. Additional occupancy is $25/person up to a maximum of 10 persons.
Subject to 6.8% sales/lodging taxes.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation 3 weeks or less prior to your arrival will result in 100% of the lodging cost forfeited, unless manager can re-book. Every effort will be made to get new booking. Re-booking fee: $240
Due to Colorado's winter weather & road conditions, we recommend to be prepared with 4-wheel drive or chains! Purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance at your own expense for added protection (see InsureMyTrip.com for details).

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Additional parking is along Hwy 50 - walking distance.
Housekeeping is the responsibility of our guests. A $350 cleaning/damage deposit will be collected.
Check Out Instructions:
- Kitchen: Wash dishes and wipe down the counters, table & sink.
- Bed Sheets: Remove all used bed sheets & place in laundry room.
- Towels: Place all used towels by laundry room.
- Please start a load of towels when you leave.
- Trash: Remove all trash & place in trash bin.
- Thermostats: Place all thermostats to black dot.
- Keys: Leave keys on the Check in book, place extra key in lock box and lock both locks.
